Fantastic Phil, what a stunning image

You've captured an amazing amount of detail in that image.

Wel done.

Beautiful widefield, Phil. Only thing that lets it down is the jpeg compression.

Fantastic work.

Very nice image - I have a similar massive widefield of orion as my desktop, but in colour. It is a spectacular view.

I'd disagree slightly with the comment above that the only thing letting it down is the JPEG compression though. The elongation in the stars (particularly obvious in the top left corner) could do with some work.

Wow Phil!! :eyepop:That's a truly incredible image. I never realised there was so much nebulosity and detail between M42 and the flame.
