Bloody fantastic Scott! !!! What a capture!

What scope did you use and did you also barlow it?

Really top result - be proud of it!

Cheers

Thanks :)
No barlow, just straight prime focus. Upon taking some test images to get precise focus I noticed they were quite sharp meaning good seeing so I took the stack as RAWs , converted them to 16bit tiffs using the Canon digital Photo Professional 2.0, also using its colour balance function to balance them to neutral colour before stacking them in Registax.

Heres a enhanced colour version

That's very sharp, Scott. You should definitely be happy with that! You should taken images of close up things more often :)
A very enjoyable view. Lovely.

Thanks all, happy to share it :)
I find that if seeing is good and Im careful with focus, and the scope has cooled down, I can get these sort of images. I should whack the solar filter on and try same with the Sun.
