Hi Solis,

Be nice to see a larger image of your 253 coz it has HEAPS of detail!!!

Even my 11 y.o. son Harry said "Whoah, got heaps of detail"

Just post it in here, as long as it isn't any bigger than 200kb

Maybe I haven't been listening or something, but I just found out a couple of days ago that the image size was raised to 200kb's

It's a great looking image and there is some nice detail, but it has come out the same size as the original.

Cheers

It's still the same size

Solis, take your original into a program like PhotoShop or PaintShop Pro etc and resize it to about 800 pixels wide. Then make sure it is under the 200kb limit

Wow nice one lot of detail there, glad to see you are operational with the ST-4. As advised above would be nice to see a larger version.
Give me a bell tomorrow if you need me to walk you through it.

edit: wait thats 20mins at 1500mm thats brilliant. Well done.

nice shot, i read your description as a single 20 min shot. lots of detail. you could try several shots amnd stack them too, though on your shot it looks clean already.

what mount were you using? (in the signature part you can give details of your equipment ....in user cp section to the top left of page)

as previously said good to see more larger scopes, look forward to more of your work.

No slider to be seen in PhotoShop, which is Ver. 6
I will include pic of my mount later

A little later in the day.
I found the slider. It was hidden by a screen in front.
From 36MG to 200 KB is a big ask. Give me some time

Solis,

I have enlargened it for you to 600 pixels wide. I can't get the detail right as I had to use your small JPEG above, but it shows that your original must have some great detail in it

You need to reduce the size in pixels first. Your original image is probably 3000+ pixels wide. You need to reduce it to 800px wide first, and then save as web.
