That's a good shot, Mick.
Noise is just starting to be introduced in the outer arms of the galaxy, but not enough to detract from it. The detail in the arms themselves is good.
Nice round stars too :thumbsup:
Nice image Mick, nice and sharp. It looks like you captured a meteor trail as well in the bottom left corner.

Enjoyable wide field perspective Mick. Are you masking the object before noise reduction or is it performed over the entire image? I would expect to see greater detail in the galaxy even at short focal length. If you want to get some detail back, try registering (aligning) the image of the galaxy you took through LX200 @ 6.3. Then blended it back in with photoshop. The longer focal length will get dust lanes back into the wide field object for an impressive view.
