View Full Version here: : Kids astronomy stuff help
I have two kids, one is already 9 years old and astronomy became a very much enjoyed hobby for him. I’m wondering if you can give me a hand because I’m trying to find different multimedia books (with images) or software adapted to his age on this domain. I already searched and downloaded Iris astronomy images processing programme (http://www.softspecialist.com/IRIS-310/IRIS.htm) which is a good start but it’s a little too complicated for this age. I would be grateful if you can help me with some more fitted suggestions, if you know about any other similar software or multimedia astronomy material for my kid’s hobby.

Starry Night Enthusiast is quite easy to use. It's a planetarium program.
