ED100 Focal reducer?

Hi, can anyone recommend a focal reducer/field flattener that they KNOW works with an ED100 and allows full field DSLR imaging? (Ok so it may vignette, but flat fieldable is OK ;)).

William Optics x.8?
Televue x.8?
Vixen x.67?
Simple doublet?

Would really help to be able to see the edge of an image.

I've Googled heaps, but while there is plenty on the ED80 (consensus is William Optics), there is very little on ED100 reducers.......

l have an ED100 and find the Meade 6.3 reducer works fine.

Won't the f/ ratio impact the net result of the reducer/flattener? I would think it would have more of an impact than the change in focal length would.

Hi Mick,

can you tell me what distance you use from the reducer to the focal plane? Have you found stars at the edge of field to be round?

have heard though that this model 111 is not performing as well as the model 11, though this is from ed80 owners, haven't yet heard any reports from ed100 owners - have you?

Not yet, but I do know the II works an absolute treat with the 80. Better than any in the price range and I've tried 4 different reducers, the WO 0.8x, the Meade and Celestron 0.63x and the Mogg 0.66x. In the 80 the WO leaves them all for dead as far as flattening the field is concerned, though there is some vignetting.

I'd better finish that review one day and get it to Mike to post :P
