More of the same old same old thing.
It's only a tiny image folks. Don't adjust your sets.

64 frames @ senseup 32x, taken through 10" Dob, no tracking.
Stacked in DSS and processed in PaintShopPro 8.

I'm thinking I like PaintShop more than Photoshop now. I especially like the Histogram Adjustments and the Clarify function. I do tend to use both programs now to tart up the images.

No tracking????

I can not do as good with extended hand guided runs and nerve pills.

Great work Jeanette you must be very proud of that capture and so you should....

Wow :eyepop:

That looks great for a through the Dob with no tracking shot.

Could you please explain the '@ senseup 32x' part. You've lost me there.

I pasted this straight from www.myastroshop.com.au.
Go there for more info on this camera.

GSTAR-EX is a highly light sensitive video camera imaging system that offers the benefits of both high-speed image capture and a special video frame accumulation mode. In SENSE UP mode normal exposures are internally co-added in the cameras onboard memory refreshing the image on your PC or T.V monitor every 2.56 seconds at maximum integration. The slower the integration time set, the quicker the screen refreshes.

So 128x senseup is maximum intergration, I only used 32x so I don't get star trails.

When I'm out tonight, I'll do this image again, using 128x senseup. Then you'll notice how much more detail is captured. An incredible camera.

Thanks for the kind comments everyone.
Can't wait for the focal reducer to get here. I though it would have been here on thursday or friday, the weather was bad enough to warrent it's arrival.
Paul. Unfortunately I didn't capture anything exceptional otherwise I would have posted it. I lost 4.7gig of information, I bet all the good pics were in that lot.

Oh well better luck next time. I've got a few ideas on how to improve your focusing and how to line things up better without hunting all over the place  (Stuff I should have thought of before I brought the mount out :ashamed: )
