Hi guys,

I've just attached my Celestron Powertank to my HEQ5. When I turn the hand controller on,Tte red LED on the HEQ5 is on, and the green LED on the hand controller is on. No flashing or warning lights on either the battery or mount/controller. But nothing is moving. I have it set to south...

When I press a direction on the hand controller, I hear a click, and some kind of noise (soft noise) that sounds like a motor trying to work, but nothing moves. Have I done something wrong? :help:

Try changing the speed rating on the other side of the controller, it might be on 2x, which is very slow, try a fast speed

I'm sure you have probably have checked but i will asked anyway ,have you tightened your lock knobs on the mount.
Otherwise maybe your gear or gears on your stepper motors inside may have come loose.
