Hi Denis
I was searching around for a cheap and easy way to do this project when by serendipity I happened upon your great post. I need to make a circle of ID 614mm and outside roughly 640mm, that's allowing 26mm for the graduation marks. Now using your 1 metre jpeg (if I may with your kind permission:)), how do I dimension down to the above measurements and how do I get the printer to print it out onto a couple of A4 sheets.
