Well what else can I say I know the color is off as usual but until I get other things working I just play with the processing. So this is my art not astrophotograpy as such.
Used 9 x 90 seconds and 3 15 sec,s at 800 iso.
Thru 150 sn, 300d, unguided eq6 mount..dark sky a little damp.
Sorry to those who have given me guidance with the color I promise I will attend to that aspect when I get my guiding cameras... and get serious.

As an impression it is very very good (looks like watercolor painting).
I like it as art but not as an astronomy photo.
But you already explained it isnt supposed to be an astronomy photo.

I was very fortunate to capture such a moment..
Cant help playing with everything in photo shop with out much of a clue...
funny you say super nova as I have a few galaxy shots with my own inserted super nova... for art sake....and a bit of fun.
Getting excited with how much more I am getting this year and it (Orion) is still to get to the perfect spot for photos...
Thanks everyone for looking and the kind comments

I think much of it is:lol::lol::lol: evidenced by the burnt out trap:whistle:
I play with images and save them all... an annimation of my Orion collection would go well behind a music clip I reckon... very trippy indeed.
