Hi Guys,

Took this last week of NGC6559 region right below the lagoon nebula. Darks and flats subtracted but had to use the master darks as the darks taken straight after this image were ruin due to some unknown light source.

15 x 5minutes at ISO800.

very good Eric that is a very nice image. I have not seen many shots of this object but yours is the best I can recall.

cheers guys thanks. not a common object indeed. i saw it on strongman mikes webiste one day and it became a target of interest.

Eric, as expected, this image is a pleasure to view. Very smooth, and love the subtle diffraction spikes.

Me myself i am waiting for all the parts for my homemade newt,my fs102 tk just can,t handle my stl11000k chip...
