1) Your account is fully activated
2) Your email address in your profile is up-to-date and correct
3) You have added iceinspace.com.au to your WHITELIST (on your email spam filters) so that it doesn't get blocked. Especially for hotmail addresses, please check your spam box for IceInSpace emails.
