Dear Houghy,

I am a happily married astronomer in tasmania and i am very confused with my darling wife.......

"Darling, that is the best thing i have seen through that scope thingy of yours!!"

said my beautiful bride!!

She even went to the P& F meeting at the kids school and dragged them out of the meeting at 8pm to see the lunar eclipse..............

They say, a full moon does wierd things to a woman, but a lunar eclipse actually makes them love our astro toys..... gee whizzer, it only lasted for a few hours and now how many years do i have to wait for her to look thru the scope again????

Please Mr Houghy, can you help me understand... You are a real inspiration to us all with how you manage to master you wife's anger at you buying astro gear..
