SkyWatcher EQ5 Mount & Alloy Tripod purchased in September 2006. Upgraded with dual drives in January 2007. Selling due to recent upgrade to a EQ6-Pro.
The hand controller has been modified to allow connection to a PC via parallel port interface. I wrote a software app to allow slew control and some basic GOTO functionality via co-ordinates (takes a long time to slew half way around the sky at a maximum of x8 :lol:), i am happy to include this and the source code (c#) if wanted. Also, guiding is possible via the free GuideDog software (http://www.barkosoftware.com/GuideDog/index.html).
Please note: The fine control knobs are included, but one of the knobs has a fracture in the sleave that makes it fit loosely, but it will still operate.
Asking $440.00 + postage if req.
Would prefer pickup from Hamlyn Terrace (Central Coast, ~1hr from Sydney), or postage can be calculated. The original boxes & shaped packing foam are included.
