Hi all,Here's an image of the Nebula NGC6188 in the constellation of Norma. The imaging session (last night) was cut short due to increasing winds, I really needed more exposure time for this nebula.I was quite surprised to see the greenish looking nebula in the top left quadrant of image. This image is a 36-minute exposure (12 x 4 min. sub-frames) @ ISO200.Higher res image here: http://www.skylab.com.au/pmsa/ngc6188.htmlImage taken with a modified Canon 300D DSLR mounted at prime focus ofa 12" f/5 newtonian telescope with 2" Baader Coma Corrector and2" UV/IR Rejection filter.Autoguided on a Losmandy Gemini G-11 equatorial head and custom Southern Cross observatory pier using a SBIG 402 CCD/guiderat prime focus of a 4.5" f/9 newtonian guidescope.
