Because the Toucam and ED80 combination doesn't allow for a very wide FOV, I made up a mosaic of NGC3532 using 9 imaged sections.
Here is the finished product. :)
I know, it just looks like a bunch of stars

:confuse3: hmmmm, 26 views and no comments.
Shows how ordinary it is
I was hoping it would make the Cluster stand out among the background stars, but it didn't. It just looks like a page of dots. :P
They don't even look like stars

It almost looks like some of your old photoshop work
Maybe the cluster is too sparse to be effective using your techniques?

Yep Mike, a digital spray gun gone wrong
It's a very large cluster for the ED80. Even with the focal reducer in place!
NGC3532's dimension is 50.0' x 50.0'. and they are only 40 second exposures to keep the Amp Glow to a minimum.

Give me a new camera and I'll gladly comply
Very nice stitching Ken no joins or seams in that one, I can see a cows head in the cluster though

A cows head???? :reindeer:
1. These are the individual images (3x40 seconds each)
2. The Mosaic assembly marked
It was more obvious on my laptop monitor at home last night.
The work monitor doesn't show it as well.
Cheers
