This message and attachment is really meant for JJJnettie, to show her what I get using her method of stacking a number of 10-second shots using a Canon 300D.
I am really impressed at the quality/detail of the image compared to what I used to get with one shot, with an exposure of 1 minute - this is a great method of DSO photographing.
The attached is simply a total of 9 10-second images that I ran thru RegiStax, and the final image through PaintShop Pro.
I can tell you that there are a lot more objects showing!
Thanks for the heads-up, JJJnettie! I haven't yet zoomed in on any images - wanted to get the basics sorted out first, but zooming is my next project.
