I got my copy in yesterdays mail...I've not had a chance to read it yet but I am sure that it will keep me busy on these cold cloudy days/nights!

Looks like a good enough issue - quite a few adverts and pictures (which I like).
I don't understand why they've gone down the line of organising a star party though, isn't the SPSP "the" event for australia?? Couldn't we just have an extra issue in the year instead?:shrug:
i thought "the" event was IISAC ;)

OK, got my copy today. Quick scan - yes, lots of stuff I want to read in here - and there's a few more targets for a newbie like me :astron:
Picked up a copy yesterday as well. I must try to make it last and not read it cover to cover over the weekend :lol:
Look like there are some great articles in it as well.

So why do they quote sizes in miles? (p47, as one example) I thought Oz had moved on to kilometres.
