Nice work. I particular like the composition of B92 and B93 in the frame. Well done.

Jase,

Thanks for the compliment.

I think it turned out really well. Pin-point stars from edge-to-edge.

The 180 ED is a magnificent lens stopped down to F/4.0.

Cheers.

Humayun

Dramatic field of view, Humayan. Just filled with interesting objects and amazingly sharp.

Do you head down to Zane's every new moon? The stuff you come out with after a night there is spectacular.

Amazing image Humayun, as you said pinpoint stars from end to end.

There is so much to find and see within it as well and the colours are very natural looking.

Cheers

Ingo,

Cheers. :)

Mike,

I try and head down to Zane's as much as I can. In the last three weeks, I've spent 5 nights there. The time prior to that was in January. So, sometimes there's a long time between drinks.

Cheers for the compliment!

Ric,

It's a truly stunning region of the sky. There's so much faint nebulosity everywhere.

The pinpoint stars are a testament to the quality of the lens and the mount's tracking ability.

Thanks, mate!

Andrew,

Cheers, mate. :)

David,

Haha! I'm constantly learning. I learn something new everytime I fire up IRIS for pre-processing and also when I'm post-processing in Photoshop.

Thanks, again. :)

Phil,

Thank you. :)

mill,

Cheers!

Keep at it, you'll be churning out scorchers in no time.

Humayun
