You may want to specify which edition you're after - the "plainer" first edition, or the much improved, much more recent 2nd edition with updates and images by David Malin, etc, because the 2 are very different in terms of content, and in terms of availability and price!

I purchased a replacement copy of Hartung's last week from The Book Depository (http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/WEBSITE/WWW/WEBPAGES/homepage.php) in the U.K. It arrived today - in 8 days! But be prepared to pay for it, 73 pounds. Here is the direct link (http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/WEBSITE/WWW/WEBPAGES/showbook.php?id=9780521554916) to the order page.
The ISBN number: 9780521554916..Prior to this, I searched Amazon.com (8 of their resellers), Melbourne University Bookshop, Dimocks, and many, many others on-line, all out of stock.
The Book Depository (http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/WEBSITE/WWW/WEBPAGES/homepage.php) was the only one which had the book. It arrived today. I had to replace a copy which was lost 7 years ago.
I admit I wasn't aware of abebooks (http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/SearchResults?sortby=2&isbn=9780521554916&sts=t&y=12&x=43) at the time so I can't comment on them, but try them also.
Also, look at Biblioz (http://www.biblioz.com/) you'll find lots of new and second-hand copies. Here (http://www.biblioz.com/main.php?action=5&i=4391903&r=2267e6a01ffb027dc3dc391771509927&SearchPage=1&SearchPages=1&SearchBooksFound=0&s_title=&s_author=&s_publisher=&s_keywords=&s_isbn=9780521554916&s_binding=A&s_sortfield=PRA&s_minprice=&s_maxprice=&s_bookid=&s_listlength=20&submit.x=86&submit.y=11) is a list of search results. Some stores are asking $500 for a new copy. Is it worth that much? I don't think so, at least while there are cheaper copies around.

I've never actually used mine - but then again I can't remember the last time I actually looked through a telescope. I bought it from Sky and Space magazine (or was it Bintel?)....
