Io transit from 9-7-07

Hi All,

Attached a Zipped up DivX movie of the transit of Io from the 9-7-07.

Four hours in total one minute avi's every five minutes or thereabouts. Stacked in Registax, sent to tiffs, colour cerected in PS CS2 and converted to bmp, centered in PPMCenter, assembled as avi from bmp's in Registax.
Titles added in iMovieHD, slowed down a bit there too, exported to DivX as well.

Excellent result Stuart! It looks like you had fairly consistent seeing across the 4 hours.

What telescope/camera was this with again?

Oops forgot about that.

Meade 8" LX200GPS, polar mounted on pier in Starcubby. All avis captured with a Toucam SP900NC and 2x Meade series 5000 Telextender. Craterlet was used to capture the video.

BTW quick reply, I'd only just finished testing the link out!
