Hi
Used the mighty 300mm f2.8 flourite lens from Bert and Houghys mighty cooled 350D DSLR to get these objects.
RCW 103 area 3x15mins iso400 uv/ir and uhcs filters, sensor temp-3 deg.

NGC 6188 area 2x15 mins same.

That combination of lens and cooled camera really picks up the faint nebulosity Scott.

Thoroughly enjoy the view of NGC6188 through the 300mm lens. Well done. The bipolar nebula stands out nicely. Vast nebulosity. Colour balance is out of wack, but still a pleasure to view.

Thanks all.
The UHCS filtering make the colour balancig a challenge, so I try to get the darkest areas of sky neutral and the bright stars white. The fast lens sure allows me to go deep. Some of the faintest bits of nebulosity there areent marked on charts.
