The branding I believe, otherwise identical as Alexander has mentioned

They are from the same company - Synta, when I bought my Saxon HEQ5 new it came packaged with Skywatcher labelled instruction manual.

Only difference is the price. Everything else is identical - and as Graham said, the Saxons come with SkyWatcher-branded documentation.
