Hey guys, been having a lot of fun processing images off the ZWO 533MC Pro camera. Shot with my SkyWatcher Esprit 100ED.

Only 2.5 Hours of data on it. Can't believe the amount of signal this thing can get in such a short time compared to my unmodded Canon 6D!

Attached here is a 100% crop of the core.

Thanks for looking and feedback is always appreciated!

Nice one mate

Sensor technology has come a long way since “Old Faithful” was made :D

Looking great there Jason, good size view, nice colour and fine details.
Well done in my eyes

That's a fine M16 Jason, especially considering the fairly low amount of data, always nice to see a true colour version too

Hey Dunk! Thanks mate! Yeah I reckon! But "Old Faithful" still impresses me!

Cheers Bob, glad you like it, much appreciated!

Thanks heaps Mike, I was surprised at how much I was able to get from that little integration time. Makes me wonder how much of a difference more data would make to this

Yeah that's great. A surprisingly difficult nebula to process as well. The pillars are standing proud!

As an aside, my mate and I were looking at this baby through our 18" Dob up at Eagleview on the Solstice night and we could actually make out the pillars

Wow, that would have been quite a view from your obsy! Can't say I have ever seen them visually!

Thank you Adam, yeah the core is quite bright and is easy to over expose while stretching!

I think you have brought out the full range of contrasting areas very well.
