Benro Mach3 Series 4 TMA47AL tripod (4 weeks old)

I bought this new 4 weeks ago but circumstances have changed and I no longer need it. It's very sturdy (capacity 20kg) and exudes quality. Easy to use, only needs a quarter turn to release the leg locks. I found it much better than any other tripods I've used.

It comes with box and all original accessories, including carry case and short centre column.

Cost was $330, asking $250. Pickup from Drummoyne or may drive a reasonable distance to meet up. Unfortunately shipping isn't an option as I picked this up in store and have no suitable packaging.

Sorry, dumb question but does it come with the flat plate at the top like the Induro (original branding, now Benro Induro) carbon tripods had?
My eyes aren't that great and I can't see images too well.
