So before diving in the deep end i thought id grab a seestar s50 to test the waters ans see if i enjoy DSO. I was all set up for planetary imaging, but see so many wonderful images that i thought id give it a go.
The S50 isnt crazy talk $$ so i thought why not. Also, the learning curve seemed straight forward.
So it was delivered yesterday and today i gave it a test run. This was around 30 minutes of footage with 10 second exposures. and stacking and processing done via the seestar app
No where near the level of quality i have seen on here, but for the simplicty of placing it outside, turn it on, level it, and tell it to go to...damn it makes it very easy
