Hi All
My attempted a Mars from Tuesday night 11th of March, not bad considering the conditions.

That’s really nice Anthony. Lots of detail and the resolution is excellent. Well processed.

Fantastic image Anthony, excellent resolution.
I have a beginner question, if I may: did you use an IR pass filter (e.g. IR850) for this? It looks almost (but not completely) monochrome.

Hi Dekker
Just used a standard ZWO UV/IR filter for most of my work. Still researching other filters like the one you mentioned to go on to my wish list.

Thank Dave
It was a bit of a quick and dirt process. Just staked the top 10% of 22000 frames, used the drizzle function on Astrostakk to increase size by 1.5x. Balance colour and move a couple of slides in Registax and left it at that. I wasn’t hoping for much due to upper atmosphere turbulence.
Thank you for your feedback, much appreciated.
Cheers
