I had similar problem recently when I tried to upgrade W'7 to W'10 (from DVD) and after first w'10 drivers etc update.
Basically, something is screwed and computer became useless (however, I did the upgrade on cloned SSD so now I simply continue to use w'7 OS).
BTW, upgrade app from official MS website doesn't work on my machine (HP Compaq 6300) for some reason.
Perhaps you should try to do what is suggested - call MS for help (I didn't do this because I didn't want to pay for new w'10 license)

Hi there,
First off, you have NOT been hacked. The error you're seeing is a standard Windows "Argh! Something's died and I can't boot!" message.
The clue is the error message "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".
So something driver related has cocked up and nuked your machine.
If another reboot or two doesn't fix it, then it's time to break out the installation media and re-install.
Regards,
V.
"DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" .
I get this message from time to time but the restart message is not quite as full on as you have and goes through the procedure without an issue.
I know this may not help you much, but i is a regular problem with Windows.

Your computer isnt hacked, it has a startup issue that can't sort itself. You need a startup disk and reinstall some drivers if possible.

It may have been hacked, my son just mentioned the Stop code error NEVER asks for a product key to recover.
He also went into Google and showed me numerous screen shots and not one of them requested a product code to recover from that error.
Hmmm, now that I read this error message properly it is a little different than the usual re/start information.
At the end of the ones i get occasionally it states that after they have collected some info "we will restart you" and they do.
Maybe Leo is onto something.

Hello There
Thanks for all the help. I did a shift/restart after control/alt and delete. Once back into the computer I did a factory reset. Thanks to you all.
