Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) rising above the murk at Island Point Reserve, Mandurah Western Australia Tuesday morning 1st Oct. I was the only soul there, great night.
I also took my 7x50 binoculars and at the comets peak it almost filled the bino's field of view, around 80%.
Visually it could just be seen faintly showing half of the tail with many times having to use averted vision to see the fainter part of the tail due to the light misty sky, air and light pollution.
What a sight!
