I am sure that there are enough opinionated observers out there (no nationality suggested) who would fill the J&P specifications very well. :D just ask them!

However, not a bad dayjob!

Hey honey, I have to work today and look at the sun and use lots of small and large telescopes that cost lots and lots of money. Ahh it breaks my heart!:nerd:

Interesting how they would prefer to give the job to a Coronado customer!!!!

Does that mean even a professional Astro or Optical expert with a Takahashi or Meade or even a Tasco doesn't stand a chance up against a moderately cluey person with a coronado?

Maybe the Meade expert considering Coronado is now owned by the company everyone loves to hate ......MEADE Corp

Sounds like a great job until someone stuffs up the filters on the previous afternoon shift. Then just like Wallmart they pay you off and you loose the one thing you love. Your ability to see.

No thanks, I would fit the bill in the Job specs but not willing to be the canary in this case.:eyepop:

rumples,

I fully agree, but you know how true stars and stripes spangled banner people think. God i am great, I am always right. While they have plenty of those available and willing, they will always have willing canaries. Even with the eyepatch they will always have bragging rights.:stupid: :face:

Stupidity is such a nasty word, intellectually challenged may be a better description!:D

But Stupidity is a virtue we all seem to critisize, except me because I am perfect!:P :lol2:

Yeah intellectually dwarfed seems even better. I thought I was perfect but I was definitely wrong. I shoudl have said I am definitely perfect. Now thats better, so glad I got that right.

Still on a serious note, I don't think I would like to find out if those filters are good or not. After the first patch I would be really weary.
