I've had some good experiences with Tasco in the past, a fellow who used to work there was apparently according to fellow staff "loaded" and he always looked after me if I needed anything.
Not too long ago I got a very pleasant surprise with the low price of new brass worm gears for my EQ5 goto from Tasco but can't say the communications were particularly great.
I also understand I wasn't spending a lot of money but a place I worked as a parts interpreter/purchasing officer it didn't matter whether you were spending $10 or $10,000, they all got the respect and service everyone got.
