Experimenting with different processing, The redder image is the L-Ultimate the SHO image is combined according to the processing vids on youtube using pixinsight. The wide angle is blended from the large scope and the small scope. I need a consecutive run of nights to truly get better details.
The HOO image vs the SHO which is preferable? This needs more work obviously

That wide angle looks great, cool composition, be good to have a pan around a larger version

Nik,
Nice work and experimentation on the SMC
Since moving to Mono and dedicated 3nm filters my preference these days lead towards the golden hues of stereotypical Hubble / HST colour palettes.
Whereas my HOO versions are typically the red / pink tones of Ha and the blue / green tones of Oiii.
My previous OSC NB blends using the Antlia ALPT 5nm always ended up being more towards the redder tones.
Looking forward to seeing your Astro in versions
Thanks for sharing

Thanks Martin
I'm gonna have fun playing around with these combos, just got to have a run of consecutive nights would be good
