Nice result Stuart, some great detail and the NEB is nice and rusty brown.
Well done!

Nice one. Glad someone was imaging last night. It was like pea soup where I am. Which part of Melbourne were you imaging from?

Hi John,
Werribee. As I was driving home the fog had set in in the city, but at about Laverton it cleared and stayed that way until about midnight.

Very nice images Stuart - heaps of details visible and the presence of the Galilean moon always adds something special to these portraits of Jove.
Last night, in Brissie, I had to image Jupiter at prime focus as inserting the Barlow produced a shimmering blob on the notebook display. Even at PF however, it wasn’t a pretty sight!

Ahh, much like the previous night here. Lava lamp Jupiter.
For some strange reason the seeing steadied for about half an hour before we got fogged out.
Take it while you can.
Cheers
Stuart
