These are basically straight out of the camera .Wider field 28-70 zoom at 47mm(slightly cropped)4s iso 3200.The closer shots a 200mm lens 2s iso 6400.I was amazed at the tail length but disheartened by all the satellites waiting in several instances for them to pass through the field.

Lovely scenic images of the comet, very well composed. The satellites, mostly Starlink I presume, are a curse that we, as imagers of the early evening, early morning skies have to contend with. Thank you Mr Musk.

Thanks guys yes gotta love Elong.David I don’t stack my pics but would do if I was going to print a large print A3+ or bigger. Generally I stop the lens down and focus about a third of the way in with wider angle lenses.In low light the out of focus areas often give a painting type look which I don’t mind.

My 200mm effort Derek, rather similar but I havent stretched far because dam gradients too overpowering :doh: :lol:
