Access blocked

Anyone know why I couldn't access Iceinspace earlier this morning?
Tried two browsers. Chrome stated security issues. The site was eventually up again later.

I think it was off line. I also had an issue accessing the APT forum and the ZWO forum. Might have been a routing or hosting issue.
They all came back online at the same time.

Apparently Optus had a glitch this morning. I heard some cow-orkers talking about it.
