Zeta Ophiuchi's cousin?

I was incredibly impressed with Geochron's image of Zeta Ophiuchi (here: https://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=211435) and even more impressed when I stumbled across the following NASA article.

I don't know why there is any mystery around this.

It's obviously a Vogon Constructor Fleet ship,
clearly running late for the next hyperspace interchange project. :D
