I've decided to slowly ease myself back into the deep-sky saddle once more, hence thought some h-alpha would be an easier re-start of the process.
Sagittarius Triplet here (https://www.atscope.com.au/BRO/gallery663.html)
Slightly ropey stars in the lower corners indicate there is a smidge of focal plane tilt that needs dialing out... but..meh...it'll do for now :)

Ta. Getting colour data to do it justice might be the tricky bit.

Big foot? maybe a Yeti :)
Ta ...might be a while to get the RGB...waxing moon and weather forecast is not promising.
BTW....the SN like veils in the nebulosity lower left of M20 had me wondering.
maybe a discovery hiding in plain sight?

Great picture Peter,
I wish the whole sky could be imaged with an FSQ106 like that.
Colour would be even better.
cheers

Ta. The FSQ certainly is a wide field "gold-standard".
BTW I've attached a close up of the veil like features that have me intrigued.
Anyone know if these are catalogued?

Thanks Peter,
I saw that too - I never noticed it before.

Every detail is so crisp/sharp right up to the outer most edges.
I think I need better gear!
Stunning image and yes, I agree, it would look amazing in colour.

Some of the SNR’s in that region are shown in this image by Bray Falls.

You’re lucky, enjoy those clear skies, been cloudy here for weeks in Melbourne. :)

Ta, mystery remnant solved. I suspected it was a faint SNR.
We have thin cirrus moving across Emerald City's sky just now.
The colour may take a while.
