Hi Guys, I considered changing my mobile provider to Dodo, from Telstra as they seem very cheap.

Anyway I ordered a Sim Card which can yesterday and have done nothing with it and have changed my mind.

So if i just do nothing can they, Dodo do anything to make me use there service.

Should I just ignore it.

Thanks.

Leon:thumbsup:

Hi Leon,

Dodo are pre-paid month-by-month plans provider, and you need to activate the new SIM first in order to use it. If you haven't activated it yet, and don't want to use it, then you might be OK to just ignore it. Otherwise you need to login to their portal and do the necessary changes as per your decision e.g., cancel the plan, close account etc. At least, make sure Autorenewal is turned off, so you are not charged. Generally, if a SIM is unused/not charged for sometime, it will be automatically deleted by the provider meaning you loose the service and number.

If unsure, best to speak to their support: https://support.dodo.com/

Thank you, I have no plan and it was not activated it just arrived for me to choose what plan i would have liked, so nothing has changed other than they sent me a sim card.

Thank you for your response.

I did the same with Belong, a Telstra subsidiary. Nothing happened, as I hadn't activated the sim.

Thanks Shane, I did expect that, but just wanted to ask anyway.
