Was not out there to take photos only get it all sorted but I managed this with 80x400mm and 300d at 1600 iso guided by 70mmx600mm with illuminated reticle and no dec motor. I was trying to guide with the LPI but the dec motor died so next time

Wow that's a lovely widefield shot. The bright stars are showing a lot of purple, or is it chromatic abberation?
I love the trifid, nice job.

Thank you Robby and Mike
The colour?? I dont know but I think you are correct.. may be a peculularity of the camera.. I will take something thru the 150sn for a comparison.. I thought I may need some work on the camera.. a ir filter or something.. however at the moment I am trying to just track, focus and above all name each object. I have stuff which I wont post although fair fotos cause I cant name it

Good onya Ales. Top Stuff. :2thumbs:Try taking a dark frame from it. I think you'll notice a difference, especially down the right side.

Nice shot Alexander, the purple does give your pic a nice looking effect though.
