Ngc6188 hoo rc6

Hi all,
The Fighting Dragons of Ara (NGC6188) - a perpetual favourite of mine. Presented here as 2 narrowband images.
First image is HOO and second one, SHO.


Stars in both images were extracted from the HOO image due to their closeness in colour to an RGB star image.

3nm Sii, Ha & Oiii filters
EQ6-R Pro mount
Processed with Astro Pixel Processor and PI

Very 3D and amazing detail. I like those tendrils in the O111 above the dragons. Not often seen.

Thanks Greg - I like the HOO palette in that regard. Certain features just seem to 'pop'

Very well done, Doug. I do like the second one (SHO?) with the deeper blue regions.
