I took this picture of AR3664/AR3668 last Friday.

Pentax K1 & Saxon ED80 80mm ƒ 7.5
19 x 1/500s @ ISO100 ƒ 7.5

The CME's responsible for the past weekend's auroral displays mostly emanated from this massive group. In this photo, we are viewing it obliquely so it is foreshortened. The group is about 200,000km long, roughly 15-17 Earth diameters. The small blue dot is the size of the Earth for scale and comparison.

What a great keepsake to go with the aurora trip & memories! Nicely done!
