Finally the comet is high enough to clear my roof in reasonably darkish sky for about 20mins. Still putting on a show but the moonlight will soon be interfering again.
Here is a stack of 9x 60 sec subs taken with a 80mm Meade Triplet at 480mm fl.

Amazing shot but where are the clouds?
It's all I see from my locale sadly and I really wanted to have a crack at capturing it with a camera.
Oh well, next time maybe.

Thanks guys, looks like its not in a hurry to fade out yet. The clouds this year have been relentless, I have had my mount set up in the backyard with a bin on top waiting for a clear patch to the west all week.
