I have 3 scopes using Onstep. 2 do not have weather sensors so I upgraded the handsets to the new versions which have the BME280 (temp, pressure and humidity) pcb. They also have larger screens and are more compact. Batches of the PCB only come in 5 so I’m selling the surplus. I also have a spare motor controller (see my other advert) and my older handsets.

Selling the fully loaded SHC2+ hand controllers for $100 each plus post. For reference, the ‘authorized’ seller charges $160 and you still have to find a case and battery. [SOLD]
SH1 handset controllers (same functionality as SHC2+) $80 + post- these actually have larger batteries so last a few nights more.

I like trying new things so added BME250 sensors to the SHC1 controllers to see if I could. This adds the ability to sense temp, pressure and humidity (and allows for automatic control of dew heaters, temp-adjusted focusing, etc). In retrospect, this would've been the easier route to upgrading, rather than new handsets but hindsight is 20/20

They now have exactly the same functionality as the SCH2 controllers, with a bigger battery and the centre button is also a joystick (not present on the SCH2+).

All controllers are also wireless.
