First images taken with Skywatcher 150ED, 2.5 Powermate, ZWO290mm, 23A Red filter, EQ6Pro.

1 - Bailly with favourable libration, seeing and lighting angle.
2 - Aristarchus, under bright sunlight.
3 - Hevelius & Cavalarius
4 - Schickard, foreground left & Vallis Bouvard deep in shadow on the horizon
right.

Jeff these are wonderful images! Some very interesting features and areas. I think my favourite is Bailly. That’s a tough one to capture and you’ve done a great job to capture so much detail! Ps great natural processing too

Amazing images Jeff!
I tried to see the moon through my RC8 with a 5 times powermate.
Talk about blurry eyes and no focus. I think I need a smaller unit, I should go back to my Vixen 2 times Barlow for that type of thing.
My problem is I haven't had the health or skies to play with the 5 times so I have no idea what I can do with it but one day I'll get a decent shot of Jupiter I hope in the least.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, the seeing wasn't great that night, maybe 5 or 6 Pickering Scale but I'm pleased with the results.
Bailly is an almost holly grail to me, where it is near the limb and best viewed approx a day before full moon, you have to get the trifecta of a clear sky, steady seeing and a favourable libration. If you get all three once a year you're lucky. I did get a better image last year under better libration , that is probably about as good as possible with my gear and location.

I understand the Holy Grail thing, Jeff. Mine is Montes Rook and Cordillera. Haven’t got a shot worth showing anyone yet after all these years!
