Question re Canon batteries

Can anyone advise if the 300D and the 350D take the same size battery?

I bought an AC adapter for my 300D (off Ebay) which doesn't fit and the company says its for a 350D not a 300D..I thought they took the same size..

The 300D uses the BP 511 battery and the 350D uses the NB 2LH.

silly me I should have read the ad more carefully
