M12 x 50mm washer

I need a heavy duty round washer for attaching a mount to a tripod, similar to the one pictured.

Inside diameter is to fit a 12mm bolt. Outer diameter is 50mm.

I can buy a pack of these online but only need one so hoping someone might have a spare kicking about.
