Hi All. I am restoring an old 12” Meade Lightbridge and its base. The existing Az thrust bearing that sits between the rocker box and ground board is worn and the plates are rusted and warped. If you have a set laying around or an unwanted base from any dobby that has these, I’d be happy to buy them. I can find anywhere in Oz to get them.
Cheers.

Yep I know about lazy Susan bearings and laminate with PTFE. I want to restore it back to original.
Given the thread title, if it's a "Thrush Bearing" you're trying to fix then some Clotrimazole ointment may be the go.
Best

You’ll probably find a suitable replacement at smallparts.com.au, they have them in all types, sizes and material combinations:

Teleskop Express in Germany sell the bearings, or did when I last looked.
