Howdy all. I started NGC300 about 2 months ago but have had very few opportunities to do astro since (or be in this forum :() - bring on the Xmas holidays already. I did however manage to grab an additional 3hrs data on Sun night for a total ~12hrs which has reduced the noise and chrominance 'blotchiness' I was experiencing here (https://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=207657), not to mention weird colours (... due my rushed editing). I'll leave NGC300 for now and return next year - it needs lots more data.

Details:
EdgeHD 8" with 0.7 reducer, ASI533MC, Antlia RGB-Ultra filter
SW AZ-EQ6, ASIAIR+
193x240s

Higher res here (https://pbase.com/doogs38/image/174073694/original). Thanks for looking. Alex

Thanks Dave, Anthony and Russell. I’m still adjusting to the differences in doing astro from BrisVegas burbs vs Canberra. I like the Antlia Ultra RGB filter as it’s producing good results for me, but its narrow-ish bandpass characteristics mean images require loooooots of integration time when using a long focal length SCT. Always learning :D
