Taken in deteriorating conditions on the 22nd, just finished processing a couple of pics before I get the scope out tonight! I had been really intrigued by the interesting shape of Heraclitus during a quick visual session, but just couldn't get a good quality close-up image. Will have to settle for the wider views until the seeing improves.

Loving all the moonage being presented lately, with lots of different aspects. Really like the 2nd image, the widefield, nice processing to keep the contrast under control.

Very nice shots. It’s hard not to blow the brightly lit walls out at sunrise so nicely balanced.

Thanks Richard- yes it’s a real challenge to keep the ridges under control. I try to keep the histogram maxing out at only 50-60% and that seems to be usually ok and then just adjust the brightness in Registax
