I have a Chromosphere Quark and I know they need around 15-20 minutes to warm up (with confirmation of the green light).
It's one of those situations where I can't for the life of me remember how warm it actually used to get. Yesterday when I took it out it didn't feel as warm as I remember even though the green light does come on. On a scale from 1-5 (5 being the hotest and 1 being the coldest) I would say mine gets to 1.5.
I am hoping it isn't faulty and wanted to see everyone elses experience so I can save myself sending it in for repair.
Thanks
